Friday 23 April 2021, 10.00 am–3.00 pm
For the first time ever, our annual women’s conference will take place online – and you’re invited! This year we’ll be exploring how God provides for us in the wilderness and the desert, drawing from a variety of wells, waters and springs in the Bible.
Your host for the day is author, speaker and blogger Amy Boucher Pye, who will offer a reflection on Isaiah 43:18–19.
‘Forget the former things;
do not dwell on the past.
See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness
and streams in the wasteland.’
Also speaking will be:
- Retreat leader, lecturer, spiritual director and former missionary, Mags Duggan on the language of lament.
- Writer, speaker, editor and blogger Claire Musters, who will be talking to us about change.
- Author and communications director for HOPE Together, Catherine Butcher, whose talk promises to encourage us to embrace God’s new opportunities.
- Rachel Turner, BRF author and Parenting for Faith pioneer, who will be helping us to tune in to what God is saying to women today.
