Ways you can pray for BRF this autumn

Thank you for your prayers for BRF

Thank you for your prayers for BRF and all the work that we are involved in.

We are hugely appreciative of them; they make such a difference to what we can achieve as a charity, as well as providing support and encouragement to the staff team in all that they do.

We would especially appreciate prayer in the areas we've mentioned below. If you're able, please do spend a few moments praying through them now.

If you have more time, you can download our daily prayer diary for Autumn 2017.

Year 5 'Lions' at a Barnabas RE Day

The new academic year

The new academic year and all that this offers for the Barnabas in Schools team; in particular the new Creating Character Barnabas RE Day on respect, resilience and responsibility, designed to help primary schools explore these values.

Launch of Parenting for Faith

Our launch of Parenting for Faith’s resource-rich website and video course, aimed at helping Christians spiritually parent their children.

This is the result of much hard work over the past year, which we hope will encourage parents – individually, in groups and in churches – to pass on their faith to their children

Who Let The Dads Out? group

Reaching out to local communities

Pray for opportunities for our programmes that help churches reach out to their local communities (Messy Church, The Gift of Years and Who Let The Dads Out?) to share the Christmas message.

Thankfulness

Give thanks to God for sustaining all we do

Give thanks for the ways in which God has sustained BRF over the past year, and for the many people who have given so generously of their time and money to make BRF’s work possible.

We are very grateful for everyone who stands alongside us, supporting us in prayer.
